Who we are
We (Henley Business Intelligence) are a commercial research company providing data-driven and insights-based research services for M&A Mapping, Deal Origination, Competitor Insights and Commercial Intelligence.
As part of the Henley Insights Group, we house one of the UK’s largest dedicated research teams that have completed over 5,000 research projects.
We systematically map markets, sourcing and gathering key data and opinion to create a comprehensive and current perspective. We work with all types of businesses, from Start-ups and Private Equity-backed portfolio companies, to Privately owned businesses, PLCs, Investors & Corporate Financial Advisors.
Collecting and using personal information
We collect the personal data that you volunteer to us whilst using our services, for example, when you submit a contact form online. We may also collect information from public sources such as LinkedIn or internet searches. We use this data in part to help us gather insights for clients, or to help us get in contact with people, such as when they submit a contact form. All data is anonymised and no personally identifiable data is given to or accessible to clients.
The data we hold might include some or all of the following: your contact details, academic achievements, work history, skills, nationality, languages, working rights, age and gender. Additionally, we keep a record of our contact history with you.
We retain your details in a secure, password and network-protected (firewalls) database.
